1. Define the content scope, intended audience, authoritative sources, and the
   date or event against which currency is being assessed.
2. Compare claims, examples, links, terminology, and instructions with available
   current evidence. Mark unavailable evidence and historical material clearly.
3. Classify findings as current, needs verification, stale, contradicted, or
   intentionally historical. Explain the impact and confidence of each finding.
4. Propose the smallest safe update, archival label, review question, or removal
   candidate. Preserve provenance and avoid silently rewriting history.
5. Seek approval before changing content, and report only the verification
   performed. Do not infer external-system state or perform source-owned
   automation.
