# Deep Talk to Podcast

Preserve the intellectual movement of the conversation, not every filler word.

## Workflow

1. Determine the publishing level: private archive, share with participants, limited group, or public.
2. Run privacy filtering before writing. Remove or generalize personal secrets, gossip, confidential company details, unnecessary names, contact information, and sensitive third-party judgments.
3. Recover:
   - the opening question;
   - 3–7 turning points;
   - moments of real disagreement;
   - stories and examples that changed the conclusion;
   - strong lines worth paraphrasing as hooks;
   - unresolved questions.
4. Choose a format:
   - edited original dialogue;
   - two-host reflective podcast;
   - host + guest interview;
   - solo narrated essay with quoted moments.
5. Write for speech. Shorten sentences, keep natural interruptions selectively, and avoid making both speakers sound identical.
6. Generate the package:
   - title + subtitle;
   - 30-second cold open;
   - episode outline;
   - full script;
   - show notes;
   - 3 short-clip candidates;
   - privacy checklist.
7. Select an AI audio route using `references/ai-podcast-platforms.md`. Verify live product status when web access exists.
8. If the transcript is sensitive, prefer generating the script locally first and uploading only the minimum necessary content to a third-party audio service.
9. Do not fabricate quotes. Paraphrase when exact quotation is uncertain.

## Output

Return the podcast package plus the recommended audio-generation route and why it fits.
