# CWP Troubleshooting

Diagnose and resolve common issues on CWP servers. Handle web server errors, PHP problems, email delivery issues, database crashes, panel access problems, and service failures.

If the user provides specific details via "$ARGUMENTS", use that information to narrow down the diagnosis. For example: `/cwp-pro-centos:cwp-troubleshooting 502 error on example.com` will focus the troubleshooting on 502 errors for that domain.

## Diagnostic Workflow

Follow this systematic approach:

1. **Identify the symptom** -- What is failing?
2. **Check service status** -- Is the service running?
3. **Review logs** -- What do the logs say?
4. **Apply fix** -- Implement the solution
5. **Verify** -- Confirm the fix works
6. **Document** -- Record the solution

## Web Server Errors

### ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Common with Nginx -> Varnish -> Apache stack.

### 502 Bad Gateway

PHP-FPM is not responding.

Service is down or misconfigured.

Request processing exceeded time limit.

## PHP Errors

### PHP Installation Failing

Requires 1.5-2 GB available RAM and working DNS resolver.

### "No Loader installed" (ionCube)

### intl Extension Missing

### suPHP 500 Internal Server Error

### 404 on User Login

Close all browser windows and re-login.

## Installation Issues

### "Could not resolve host"

### Root Login Error (AlmaLinux 9)

Comment `SHA_CRYPT_MAX_ROUNDS` in `/etc/login.defs`.

### Varnish Fails on AlmaLinux 9

Manual Varnish installation required on EL9.

### MariaDB 10.4 EOL
