# Aippt Policy Briefing

> Route new policy briefing, policy update, regulatory update deck, regulatory change deck, compliance change summary, legal update deck, or legal/product policy presentation requests here before generic AIPPT. Use this whenever the user wants a new policy interpretation deck with timelines, impacts, risks, and recommended actions. Do not use this scene pack for email memos, FAQ-only outputs, compliance copy polishing, or non-deck legal writing.

# Policy Briefing

Use this scene pack before the generic workflow when the request is a new policy or compliance deck.

## Route when

- policy update / policy briefing / regulatory update
- compliance change or legal update deck
- policy interpretation deck with timelines, impacts, and actions

## Defaults

- Audience bias: legal, compliance, policy, product stakeholders
- Page budget: 8-14 pages, default 10
- Style preset: `business`
- Delivery default: `prompt_bundle_only`
- Story arc: `anchor -> proof -> bridge -> proof -> closing`

## Required sections

- policy change summary
- timeline
- impact analysis
- risk matrix
- recommended actions

## Evidence bias

- primary regulatory sources first
- every time-sensitive rule should show explicit dates

## Review bias

- prioritize `citation_visibility`, `readability`, `hierarchy`

## Near misses

- memo / FAQ / email-only outputs -> route away from this scene pack
- compliance onboarding or classroom training decks -> prefer teaching-deck
- copy-polish requests with no deck deliverable -> route away from this scene pack

## Outline starter

Read `references/outline-starter.md` for the default policy sequence before resuming the main AIPPT stages.
