**When to use.** When the channel mix includes Facebook — typically for community groups, older demographics, or as a Meta-ads optimization anchor — and you need a stage assignment for organic presence.

**Procedure (stub).** Treat the Facebook organic feed as a Care-stage surface (warm customer community, group engagement) more than a See-stage discovery channel; broad organic reach has collapsed structurally over the last decade. For See/Think reach on the Meta ecosystem, route to the paid-acquisition skill. For community-led retention, spec a private group with weekly cadence, member-introduction rituals, and themed posting days. Hand copy to Copy; measure by active-member ratio and reply rate.

**Status.** Default tier: user-toggle. Full procedure deferred to Phase 2. Until then, the channel-strategy skill handles cross-channel decisions.
