**When to use.** When the brief includes hosting a podcast, guesting on podcasts, or sponsoring podcasts as a See or Think channel.

**Procedure (stub).** Decide the job: host (long-horizon authority and audience-owned distribution), guest (borrowed audience for Think-stage reach), or sponsor (paid See-stage placement on audience-fit shows). For hosting, spec episode cadence, length, format (interview, solo, narrative), and one stage-aligned CTA per episode. For guesting, prioritize shows by audience-overlap quality over download count. Measure hosted shows by repeat-listen rate and downstream channel signups; guest spots by referral traffic and DM-mentions.

**Status.** Default tier: user-toggle. Full procedure deferred to Phase 2. Until then, the channel-strategy skill handles cross-channel decisions.
