# Creator Owned Product Launch Plan

## Core Workflow

1. Identify offer, audience, buyer promise, proof, channels, launch goal,
delivery model, fulfillment assumptions, support needs, constraints, and
   review owners.
2. Define the launch asset set: offer page, content sequence, email or community
posts, FAQs, checkout review, support notes, and post-launch report.
3. Build launch phases: validation, waitlist, prelaunch, launch, close or
   evergreen, fulfillment, support, and retrospective.
4. Add pricing assumptions, content calendar, owner, deadline, approval gates,
   metrics, and pause criteria.
5. Flag tax, legal, accounting, consumer protection, refunds, subscriptions,
platform policy, payment processing, privacy, accessibility, and vendor
   review needs.
6. Keep vendor-specific setup separate from strategy unless the user asks for
   current platform instructions.

## Freshness Rule

Verify current official platform, payment, marketplace, email, subscription,
refund, and tax documentation before tactical setup guidance. Launch strategy is
durable; vendor rules and checkout mechanics change quickly.

## Safety Rules

- Do not promise revenue, sales, conversion rates, subscriber growth, affiliate
income, platform approval, or launch outcomes.
- Do not invent testimonials, demand, scarcity, inventory, costs, margins,
customer results, refund rates, or affiliate terms.
- Do not publish offers, change pricing, issue discounts, update checkout
pages, send emails, create coupons, or modify payment settings without
  explicit approval.
- Require review before public pricing, checkout changes, refund policies,
paid-community rules, affiliate disclosures, sponsor claims, or financial
  reporting.

## Deliverable Shape

For creator-owned product launch plans, provide:

- Offer and audience
- Launch phase plan
- Asset and channel calendar
- Pricing and fulfillment assumptions
- Review gates
- Metrics and dashboard needs
- Risks and pause criteria
- Post-launch review plan
