# Creator Production Ops Brief

## Core Workflow

1. Identify production goal, content or campaign scope, deadlines, owners,
assets, budget assumptions, contractor/assistant roles, dependencies,
   publishing needs, and blockers.
2. Structure the work into deliverables, source assets, tasks, owners, due
dates, review gates, budget notes, and acceptance criteria.
3. Separate confirmed facts, assumptions, missing assets, open questions, risks,
   and suggested next actions.
4. Add asset handoff, rights, confidentiality, sponsor, accessibility, and
   platform dependency notes where relevant.
5. Summarize capacity risks, bottlenecks, and decisions needed this week.
6. Keep project-management, storage, accounting, payment, contractor, social,
and publishing tools read-only unless the user approves a specific action.

## Safety Rules

- Do not invent contractor terms, rates, deadlines, rights ownership, approval
status, budget authority, or asset availability.
- Do not send contractor messages, change tasks, approve work, move/delete
assets, commit spend, or publish content without explicit approval.
- Treat tax, accounting, employment, legal, contract, payroll, rights, and
  payment disputes as review-required.

## Deliverable Shape

For production ops briefs, provide:

- Production context
- Deliverables and owner table
- Budget and capacity notes
- Asset handoff checklist
- Dependencies and blockers
- Acceptance criteria
- Next actions and review gates
