# Data Room Checklist

## Core Workflow

1. Identify stage, raise context, investor type, diligence depth, and document
   sensitivity.
2. Group requested materials by company, finance, product, customers, legal,
   people, security, operations, and fundraising narrative.
3. Mark required, optional, sensitive, missing, stale, and owner-assigned items.
4. Identify review owners for legal, finance, customer, employee, security, and
   confidential materials.
5. Provide a readiness checklist and clean data room folder structure.
6. Flag items that should not be shared without counsel or finance review.
