# Deal Negotiation Prep

## Core Workflow

1. Identify sponsor request, creator goals, must-haves, flexible terms,
   deliverables, rates, usage rights, timeline, review load, and risks.
2. Map the negotiation into asks, rationale, acceptable tradeoffs, and red
   flags.
3. Prepare counteroffer language and objection responses for review.
4. Separate business preference from legal, tax, platform, or contract review.
5. Include fallback options that preserve trust and creator capacity.
6. Recommend review before sending or agreeing.

- Do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
- Do not recommend deceptive scarcity, inflated metrics, or unsupported claims.
