# Diligence Response Prep

## Core Workflow

1. Identify the question, investor context, source materials, owner, and
   response deadline.
2. Classify the question: market, product, customer, finance, legal, security,
   people, operations, fundraising, or technical.
3. Draft a factual response from supplied evidence and mark missing proof.
4. Separate response text, internal notes, sensitive details, and owner review
   needs.
5. Identify documents, metrics, links, or owners needed to finalize the answer.
6. Flag questions that require founder, finance, counsel, security, or customer
   approval.

  accounting, or financial advice.
- Do not invent facts, documents, revenue, customers, contracts, legal status,
  security posture, or fundraising claims.
- Do not provide final answers to legal, finance, tax, security, or contractual
