# Longform To Shorts

## Core Workflow

1. Identify source asset, audience, platforms, content rights, and reuse goal.
2. Extract moments with clear hook, standalone context, payoff, and visual or
   audio viability.
3. Turn each moment into short-form script, clip note, caption, title, and CTA.
4. Preserve accuracy and avoid removing context that changes meaning.
5. Add editing notes: timestamps, b-roll, subtitles, on-screen text, and aspect
   ratio needs.
6. Create a repurposing plan by platform and priority.

## Safety Rules

- Do not change meaning by clipping out necessary context.
- Do not reuse third-party material without rights or attribution review.
- Do not invent timestamps, quotes, or source claims.

## Deliverable Shape

For repurposing plans, provide:

- Source and rights notes
- Clip candidates
- Hook and payoff
- Script or edit notes
- Caption and CTA
- Platform adaptation
- Risk or context caveats
