# Owner Dashboard

## Core Workflow

1. Identify business type, period, owner priorities, operating constraints, and
   intended use.
2. Gather supplied signals: cash, revenue, margin, pipeline, customers,
   staffing, operations, vendors, risks, and open actions.
3. Separate facts, assumptions, missing data, and recommendations.
4. Summarize the business in practical owner language: cash, customers,
   operations, people, risks, and decisions.
5. Highlight what needs action this week, this month, and this quarter.
6. Produce a compact dashboard and follow-up list.
