# Pitch Deck Structure

## Core Workflow

1. Identify stage, audience, raise goal, company category, and presentation
   context.
2. Choose a deck flow that fits the evidence available, not a generic template.
3. Map each slide to one job: problem, insight, product, market, traction,
   business model, go-to-market, competition, team, use of funds, or ask.
4. Note evidence required, weak slides, and likely investor questions.
5. Draft slide titles, key points, and optional speaker notes.
6. Mark sensitive claims and financials for review.
