# Podcast Outline

## Core Workflow

1. Identify episode goal, audience, format, guest or host role, length, and
   core promise.
2. Define episode arc: cold open, intro, segments, questions, stories, proof,
   sponsor slot, CTA, and outro.
3. Add timing, transitions, follow-up prompts, and clip-worthy moments.
4. Mark claims, sensitive topics, sponsor reads, and legal or disclosure review
   needs.
5. Include repurposing opportunities for shorts, newsletter, and captions.
6. Provide production notes and open research gaps.

## Safety Rules

- Do not invent guest claims, quotes, credentials, or sensitive disclosures.
- Do not hide sponsorships or paid placements.
- Require review before publishing legal, health, finance, crisis, or
  reputationally sensitive episodes.

## Deliverable Shape

For podcast outlines, provide:

- Episode promise
- Segment outline
- Questions or talking points
- Sponsor/disclosure notes
- Clip opportunities
- Research gaps
- Production notes
- Repurposing plan
