# Pricing Margin Review

## Core Workflow

1. Identify product or service, customer segments, current pricing, cost
   drivers, margin data, capacity, and constraints from supplied context.
2. Separate actual numbers, estimates, assumptions, and missing cost inputs.
3. Identify margin pressure from price, cost, mix, discounting, utilization,
   scope creep, or vendor changes.
4. Compare practical options: price increase, packaging, minimums, discounts,
   scope changes, cost reduction, or customer mix shift.
5. Summarize customer, cash, capacity, and competitive risks.
6. Produce an owner-ready pricing action list for review.
