# Publishing Checklist

## Core Workflow

1. Identify asset type, platform, campaign, owner, deadline, sponsor or
   disclosure needs, and approval path.
2. Check content, captions, links, metadata, thumbnails, subtitles, audio,
   accessibility, rights, and brand safety.
3. Add sponsor, affiliate, AI, copyright, or platform policy checks when
   relevant.
4. Define post-publish monitoring, comment response, analytics, and correction
   steps.
5. Separate required checks from optional polish.
6. Provide a go/no-go recommendation.

## Safety Rules

- Do not publish or schedule content without explicit approval.
- Do not ignore missing disclosure, rights, link, or claim-review checks.
- Verify current platform rules when exact publishing requirements matter.
