# Rate Card Builder

## Core Workflow

1. Identify supplied audience metrics, platform mix, deliverables, production
effort, rights, exclusivity, review rounds, campaign term, and reporting.
2. Structure rates as draft ranges or placeholders unless the creator provides
   confirmed prices.
3. Separate base creation fees from paid usage, whitelisting, exclusivity,
affiliate terms, revisions, rush fees, and add-ons.
4. Explain the pricing rationale using inputs, effort, and rights assumptions.
5. Flag missing data and negotiation variables.
6. Recommend human review before sharing or negotiating.

## Safety Rules

- Do not guarantee market rates, income, sponsor acceptance, ROI, or conversion
  outcomes.
- Do not invent audience metrics, historical rates, or financial results.
- Treat pricing, tax, accounting, and contract terms as business support only,
requiring creator and professional review where needed.

## Deliverable Shape

For rate cards, provide:

- Rate table or placeholder structure
- Pricing assumptions
- Rights and exclusivity adjustments
- Add-ons
- Missing inputs
- Negotiation notes
- Review disclaimer
