# Synthetic Character Bible

> Prepare review-only synthetic character bibles for AI-assisted creator personas, mascots, recurring fictional hosts, virtual influencers, or synthetic spokescharacters. Use when Codex is asked to define a synthetic character's identity, voice, visuals, backstory, boundaries, disclosure rules, likeness and voice risks, provenance notes, prohibited claims, continuity, or production guardrails.

# Synthetic Character Bible

## Core Workflow

1. Identify the character purpose, audience, platform, creator relationship,
human/fictional status, commercial context, and approval owner.
2. Define character identity, role, voice, visual language, continuity rules,
backstory boundaries, content lanes, and what the character must not claim.
3. Add disclosure, authenticity, likeness, voice, rights, provenance, sponsor,
   platform-policy, safety, and audience-trust guardrails.
4. Separate fictional details from real facts, creator claims, sponsor claims,
   medical/legal/financial claims, and audience data.
5. Define review gates for scripts, generated assets, comments, sponsor use,
   sensitive topics, and public corrections.
6. Keep the bible as a planning artifact. Do not create accounts, publish
assets, impersonate real people, or claim the character is human unless the
context and review owner explicitly require a lawful disclosure-aware path.

## Boundary Rules

- Avoid impersonating real people, private individuals, public figures, living
artists, protected characters, or distinctive voices without rights review.
- Do not invent credentials, lived experience, testimonials, audience
relationships, medical/legal/financial expertise, or sponsor outcomes.
- Do not hide that a character is synthetic when disclosure is required or
audience trust would reasonably depend on it.
- Escalate minors, sexuality, harassment, hate, politics, regulated products,
health, finance, legal, crisis, or sponsor-sensitive uses.

## Deliverable Shape

For synthetic character bibles, provide:

- Character purpose
- Identity and role
- Voice and visual rules
- Backstory and continuity
- Content lanes
- Disclosure and authenticity rules
- Rights and provenance checks
- Prohibited claims
- Review gates
- Approval owner
