# Usage Rights Checklist

## Core Workflow

1. Identify content assets, sponsor use case, channels, term, territory,
   exclusivity, paid usage, whitelisting, edits, approvals, and reporting.
2. Convert rights questions into a checklist for creator, manager, sponsor, or
   counsel review.
3. Separate content creation deliverables from usage, licensing, paid media, and
   exclusivity rights.
4. Flag missing contract terms, ambiguous permissions, and high-risk clauses.
5. Provide negotiation questions without giving legal advice.
6. Recommend professional review before signing or accepting rights terms.
