## Source of Truth

Read `PLAN.md` present in this skill folder in full before any ExecPlan-related task.

Check if there are already ExecPlans under ./plan.

Understand the action at hand: create, revise, discuss or execute an ExecPlan. Confirm with user if unclear.

If the task is to create, ask the user where to create the ExecPlan: by default, locally under a folder plan/. The user may prefer to use a Jira or Github issue.

Follow `PLAN.md` exactly.

If this file and `PLAN.md` ever differ, `PLAN.md` wins.
