# WeChat Meme Sticker Maker

Turn the user's uploaded photos into a coherent nine-sticker reaction pack while preserving recognizable facial, hair, age, and clothing traits.

## Workflow

1. Inspect the supplied photos and ask only for missing choices that materially change the result. Otherwise use the default reaction set: sunglasses, tongue-out, love, rocket, party, crying, confusion, shock, and deadpan side-eye.
2. Use the reusable prompt in [templates/generation_prompt.md](templates/generation_prompt.md), adapting the subject and any requested theme. Generate one square RGBA sheet with a 3x3 layout and wide, fully transparent gutters.
3. Verify the generated file has an alpha channel. Reject flat white, black, or checkerboard backgrounds masquerading as transparency.
4. Run `scripts/split_sticker_sheet.py` on the approved sheet. It detects transparent gutters, removes tiny isolated alpha specks, crops each sticker, centers it, and creates original, 512px, and 240px exports plus previews and ZIP archives.
5. Inspect the contact-sheet preview. If automatic gutter detection is wrong, rerun with explicit `--x-cuts` and `--y-cuts` boundaries.
6. Return the 240px ZIP for WeChat import, the 512px ZIP for editing, and the full bundle. Mention any material deviations from the requested expressions.

Manual boundaries use four comma-separated pixel coordinates for each axis:

## Invariants

- Never include source photos, generated user images, credentials, cookies, or tokens in a reusable Skill or repository.
- Keep all nine stickers visually distinct and separated; do not allow overlap across cell boundaries.
- Preserve transparent padding around each subject so WeChat does not crop facial features or props.
- Do not claim successful transparency or packaging without checking the actual outputs.
