### Channel experiment card

For every proposed channel output: audience, intent signal, offer, asset, weekly capacity, spend/time budget, source UTM, activation event, retention window, continue threshold and kill threshold. Never choose a channel from reach alone.

### First-ten-users motion

Start with founder-led outreach to competitor followers, LinkedIn keyword/job-title results, Reddit/X conversations and service marketplaces. The supplied course uses directional reply benchmarks of 1–5% for competitor-follower DMs and 10–15% for targeted LinkedIn outreach; treat them as planning priors and replace them with your own cohort after the first 200 messages.

### Activation-before-scale guardrail

If weekly acquisition rises while activation remains under the product's minimum acceptable threshold, stop spending and fix onboarding/product. Report source → signup → activated → retained → paid as one cohort chain.
