# IMPACT Framework

The IMPACT Framework walks you from a raw ambition to a working, reviewable plan across six stages: Identify, Motivate, Plan, Act, Check, Transform. Each stage is conducted as a guided working session — the AI probes vague answers, pushes for specifics, and captures structured decisions you can revisit — and each stage produces its own deliverable, composed into a final certified plan.
