# Jwan Electric Blue Poster

Create a vertical 9:16 diptych. Preserve the supplied portrait in the upper half and create a centered electric-blue halftone portrait in the lower half. Keep the lower portrait legible, avoid unwanted blue halos, preserve identity and pose, and leave generous negative space. Add a small `Jwan` signature only when requested. Avoid unreadable typography, extra subjects, watermarks, and excessive neon effects.
