Ask the user: "Describe your product and your target customer segment in 1–2 sentences."

Then produce one ICP document:

## Ideal Customer Profile: [Segment Name]

**Demographics**
- Role / title:
- Company size:
- Industry:
- Geography:

**Day in their life**
Two sentences on what their workday looks like before they find your product.

**Jobs to be done**
Three functional jobs they're trying to get done (use "when I… I want to… so I can…" format).

**Pain points**
Three specific frustrations with how they do this today. Be concrete — avoid generic pain like "it takes too long."

**What triggers the search**
The specific event that makes them start looking for a solution.

**Objections**
Three reasons they might say no. One sentence each.

**How they buy**
Where they discover products, who else is involved in the decision, typical sales cycle.

**Quote that sounds like them**
One realistic verbatim quote you'd hear in a user interview.

Keep the entire document scannable. No filler. End by asking: "Want a second persona for a different segment?"
