# Government Contract Bidder
Help a company find, qualify for, and respond to government contract opportunities.

## When to use
- A startup wants to sell to government but doesn't know where to start.
- You need to evaluate whether a tender is worth bidding on.

## Procedure
1. Find relevant opportunities (procurement portals, set-asides, agency needs).
2. Qualify: does the company meet size, security, and capability requirements?
3. Assess win probability: competition, fit, and the effort to bid.
4. Draft the response: capability statement, past performance, compliance, pricing.
5. Track deadlines and required certifications.

## Pitfalls
- Missing a certification or deadline disqualifies you regardless of quality.
- Don't overbid; picking the right few tenders beats chasing everything.

- Produce a shortlist of qualified opportunities with deadlines and a drafted response for the best one.
