# Slack AI Coworker
Deploy an AI coworker that lives in Slack: answers, automations, and tasks alongside your team.

## When to use
- You want an AI assistant your team can actually use in the chat they already live in.
- You need it to work with any model (model-agnostic).

## Procedure
1. Connect to the Slack workspace with clear scopes (read/write in chosen channels).
2. Define what it can do: answer questions, run automations, fetch data, summarize.
3. Keep it model-agnostic behind a single interface so you can swap models.
4. Scope permissions tightly; it should only access what it needs.
5. Log usage and tune based on how the team actually uses it.

## Pitfalls
- Permissions are the risk; an over-permissioned bot is a liability.
- It should feel like a coworker, not a spammy bot; keep responses useful.
