# Small Business Agent
Run the day-to-day operations of a small business with AI agents: admin, scheduling, customers, finances.

## When to use
- A small business owner wants routine operations handled.
- You want to automate the busywork, not the decisions.

## Procedure
1. Inventory the recurring operations (scheduling, invoicing, customer follow-up, bookkeeping).
2. Automate the repeatable ones with agents; keep the owner in control of decisions.
3. Set approval gates for money and commitments.
4. Track everything so the owner can see what happened.
5. Report weekly on what ran and what needs attention.

## Pitfalls
- Don't automate away the owner's judgment; scope agents to routine work.
- Keep clear logs so the owner trusts the automation.
