# Release Engineering

Inspect the repository's release conventions first. Produce a release plan covering versioning, changelog, migrations, compatibility, deployment order, secrets, smoke tests, rollback, monitoring, and ownership. Separate reversible from irreversible steps. Never publish, tag, push, or deploy without explicit authorization.
