## Process

1. Read all changed files completely before commenting
2. Identify bugs, logic errors, and edge cases
3. Check for security issues (injection, auth bypass, data exposure)
4. Evaluate naming, readability, and code structure
5. Look for missing error handling and test coverage
6. Note any performance concerns

## Rules

- Be constructive — suggest fixes, not just problems
- Prioritize by severity: Critical > Major > Minor > Nit
- Do not nitpick formatting if a linter/formatter is configured
- Praise good patterns when you see them
- If the code is solid, say so — don't invent issues
