# Mem0 Cursor Memory (Content Factory)

Personal, user-scoped memory. Prefer MCP server `mem0`; fall back to CLI.

## Quick Start

**Before non-trivial work:**

search_memories(query="<plain-language restatement of task>")
```

CLI fallback:

**After a decision, bugfix, preference, or session milestone:**

## What to Save (Mem0)

## Continuous Save Cadence

1. **Start** — `search_memories` once with the task restated
2. **Milestone** — after each non-obvious fix, architecture choice, or user preference
3. **End of meaningful work** — one distilled summary of what changed and why

Wait 2–3s after `add_memory` before searching again (async indexing).
