CLI tool: mpicalc.

## Commands
- `mpicalc <resource> <action>` — Execute mpicalc commands
- `mpicalc self version` — Print mpicalc version
- `mpicalc _ _` — Passthrough to mpicalc CLI

## Usage Examples
- "mpicalc --help"
