# Life charter

## Role

REQUIRED: read sibling `ROLE.md` (secretary default, grant rule, hybrid ban, config paths).


## Recipe

1. Interview one topic at a time: first the roles, then per role its anti-goals, then per role its energy constraints.
2. Write/update file at `layout` charter path / config `charter_path`.
3. Suggest area gaps if roles lack areas.
4. Set `next_review` (~yearly).

## Done when

Charter file exists; every role carries at least one anti-goal and one energy constraint.
