## Recipe

1. User confirms **done_when** met **or** states abandon reason + lessons.
2. Set `status: done` or `retired`; `wip: false`.
3. Move folder per layout (done → archive).
4. Registry → Done table.
5. Optional: feed lessons to area or quarterly note.

## Done when

No active ghost remains for this id; registry matches.
