# Remember

> Preserve verified lessons after work settles. Use when a lesson must survive the session or completed work exposes a durable fact, invariant, defect, decision, or operational constraint. Do not use for ephemeral observations or unsettled work.

# Remember

Save signal. Burn residue.

Ask required questions through the native picker, or numbered choices plus `Other`. Put the
recommendation first; offer three genuine options, two if binary; give each one plain reason and
cost.

## Method

1. Classify each candidate as ephemeral, personal durable, team durable, or severe.
2. Demand evidence, scope, and expiry bounds where behavior can change.
3. Reject credentials, private data, confidential prompts, and sensitive raw output.
4. Save one personal claim per native memory under a searchable title. Include evidence, scope, and
   what it does not establish.
5. Without native memory, leave personal-only observations ephemeral.
6. For a team fact, present concrete project channels and a recommendation. Force material ambiguity
into explicit human selection. Write only the selected destination: decision, issue, test,
   runbook, or maintained documentation.
7. Escalate severe correctness, security, privacy, data-loss, and compliance issues.

## Output

Return the confirmed destination or state that nothing was saved. Failed persistence blocks.

## Boundaries

Link rather than duplicate an existing team record. Correct or remove disproved personal memory
automatically when reversible. Correct or remove a team record only with project authority and human
selection. Read every write, correction, and removal through its native surface.
