## Workflow

## Mandate-Specific Static Method
1. Detect training/RAG ingestion pipelines and prompt template locations.
2. Verify PII/secret sanitization and redaction functions in ingestion and logging paths.
3. Flag prompt files containing sensitive patterns (credentials, secrets, proprietary artifacts).
4. Verify logging middleware excludes or masks sensitive fields.
5. Detect test fixtures/sample datasets containing unredacted sensitive data.
6. Emit findings by data flow stage: ingestion, prompting, storage, logging.
