# Chronicle

Use only when the request refers to the user's screen, recent on-screen work,
or Chronicle itself. General ambiguity calls for relevant source inspection or
clarification; it does not authorize screen/history access.

For an applicable request, read the [preserved operational guidance](UPSTREAM.md)
and satisfy its memory-availability and running-recorder preconditions before
access. Its original broad discovery description does not expand this router's
scope. Use screen evidence only to resolve the reference, then use the owning
connector or files for the substantive task.
