# Design Direction

Use the actual product, primary user task, brand, audience, and supplied examples to choose a direction. If those are already clear, proceed without another brief or approval round.

Read `references/product-fit.md` only when density, visual emphasis, or reference adoption needs a concrete decision. Design-tool integration belongs to the selected tool's own capability instructions. Preserve intentional brand expression and accessibility; do not turn common visual devices into universal bans.
