# Vietnamese Writing Standard (Orthography & Style)

Guidelines to ensure Vietnamese text is natural, professional, and free of common AI-generated errors (unnecessary capitalization, spacing issues, and awkward phrasing).

## 🎯 Triggers

## 📐 Orthography Rules (Capitalization)
- **Sentence Case Only:** Capitalize ONLY the first letter of a sentence and proper nouns (names of people, specific places, specific organizations).
    - *Incorrect:* "Quy Trình Phát Triển Phần Mềm Rất Quan Trọng."
    - *Correct:* "Quy trình phát triển phần mềm rất quan trọng."
- **Common Nouns:** Do not capitalize common nouns even if they are important concepts: *hệ thống*, *thuật toán*, *máy tính*, *dữ liệu*.
- **Job Titles:** Do not capitalize job titles unless they are at the start of a sentence: *giám đốc*, *kỹ sư*, *quản lý dự án*.

## ⚓ Punctuation & Spacing
- **No Leading Spaces:** Never put a space before punctuation marks: `. , ; : ! ? ) ] }`.
    - *Incorrect:* "Chào bạn , bạn khỏe không ?"
    - *Correct:* "Chào bạn, bạn khỏe không?"
- **Trailing Spaces:** Always put exactly one space after punctuation marks (unless at the end of a line).
- **Parentheses:** Space before the opening parenthesis, no space inside.

## 🚫 Removing AI-isms (Natural Flow)
- **Eliminate Fillers:** Remove redundant introductory or concluding phrases:
    - "Dưới đây là..."
    - "Tóm lại là..."
    - "Hy vọng thông tin này giúp ích cho bạn."
    - "Chắc chắn rồi, tôi có thể giúp..."
- **Natural Transitions:** Use "Bên cạnh đó", "Ngoài ra", "Tuy nhiên" instead of repetitive "Hơn nữa" or word-by-word translations of "Additionally".

## 🚀 Workflow
1. **Sanitize:** Remove all unnecessary capital letters.
2. **Compress:** Remove AI filler phrases.
3. **Format:** Fix all punctuation spacing issues.
4. **Tone Check:** Ensure the tone is direct and professional.
