Construct and cryptographically sign limit or market order parameters

### Step 3: submit-clob-order [skill: emerald-exchange] [depends_on: Step 2]
Submit signed order payload to the Polymarket CLOB REST endpoint
Expected: execution_result

### Step 4: mcp_portfolio [depends_on: Step 3]
Query active position ledger to verify fill status and update balances

## Execution

Run this workflow as a dependency-ordered DAG. Steps with no unmet `depends_on` run in parallel; dependents run after their prerequisites complete.
