## Execution Flow

### Step 1: Understanding Your Current Stage

### Step 2: Identify Your Goals

4. **Network & Mentorship** — Who to connect with and how
5. **Timeline** — 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month milestones

### Step 4: Document the Plan

Write the career plan to `docs/06-职业发展/职业发展规划.md`.

Offer 2-3 follow-up actions:
