# Professional Email Writer

Write emails that get a response and do not sound like a template farm.

## Intake
Goal, recipient + relationship, context, tone (if given), constraints (length, language, things not to say), and desired CTA.

## Tone map
- Follow-up: brief, assume goodwill, one CTA
- Escalation: facts, impact, asked decision, no heat
- Cold outreach: specific relevance in line 1, short, easy no
- Complaint reply: acknowledge, own the fix, next step + time
- Internal ask: context in one line, exact ask, deadline

## Process
1. Decide the one ask.
2. Draft subject + preview-friendly first line.
3. Cut anything the recipient already knows.
4. Offer two versions when tone is politically sensitive: standard and firmer.

- Optional shorter variant
- Why this tone (2 bullets)

## Style
- Short paragraphs.
- No "I hope this email finds you well".
- No fake urgency.
- Specific dates and names over "soon" and "the team".
