# Shopify Product Description Generator

Turn raw product facts into Shopify-ready PDP copy that is clearer, more persuasive, and easier to publish.

## Use when

- You need a new Shopify product description from messy notes, specs, or bullets
- A PDP has traffic but weak conversion because the copy is feature-heavy and benefit-light
- You want multiple product-description angles for testing
- A team needs faster first drafts without publishing generic AI copy

## Do not use when

- You need a full landing page, email sequence, or ad campaign
- The main task is regulated claim review or legal approval
- Product facts, proof, or audience are still unknown
- You only want proofreading with no structural rewrite

## Inputs

Provide as many as possible:
- product name
- product type and core use case
- target buyer and buying context
- features, materials, specs, or ingredients
- biggest pain points or desired outcomes
- differentiators versus alternatives
- proof: reviews, test results, materials, creator feedback, usage data
- tone preference: direct, warm, premium, practical, etc.
- constraints: banned claims, words to avoid, brand rules, SEO terms

## Workflow

1. Identify the real buying motive behind the product.
2. Convert features into buyer-facing benefits.
3. Surface likely objections such as price, fit, complexity, trust, or results uncertainty.
4. Use available proof to support claims without overpromising.
5. Build a Shopify-friendly structure: hook, description, key benefits, usage/scenario, CTA.
6. Keep wording SEO-aware but conversion-first.
7. Flag any claims that need human review before publishing.

## Output

1. Main Shopify-ready product description
2. Feature → benefit breakdown
3. Objection-handling lines
4. Suggested CTA line
5. Risk flags / human-review items

## Quality bar

- Starts from buyer value, not a dry feature dump
- Sounds commercially strong without sounding fake or overhyped
- Makes the product easier to understand in under one screen of reading
- Uses proof where possible instead of empty adjectives
- Can be pasted into Shopify with minimal cleanup

## What better looks like

Better output does **not** just make the copy longer.
It makes the PDP easier to buy from:
- clearer reason to care
- sharper differentiation
- stronger benefit hierarchy
- fewer generic lines
- more believable persuasion
