# Video GIF Converter

Turn useful video moments into lightweight GIF snippets.

## Problem it solves
Sometimes a full video is overkill. Teams need motion they can drop into docs, chats, tickets, storefront explanations, or social posts without asking people to play a full file. This skill creates GIF-friendly outputs from the right parts of a video.

## Use when
- A short motion snippet explains something better than text or a screenshot
- A support, product, or ops team needs lightweight shareable motion
- A creator wants a quick looping preview from a longer clip
- A team needs GIF-ready moments for presentations or tutorials

## Do not use when
- The clip is too long or too detailed for GIF format
- Audio matters to the message
- A normal MP4 preview would work better than a GIF

## Inputs
- Source video file
- Desired segment or rough moment to capture
- Intended use case: support, social, demo, tutorial, promo, etc.
- Optional size or duration constraints

## Workflow
1. Identify the shortest useful motion loop or segment.
2. Trim the clip to a concise, GIF-suitable moment.
3. Balance size, smoothness, and visual clarity.
4. Export a lightweight looping-friendly result.
5. Warn if MP4 would be a better format than GIF.
