# Auto Enrich

Enrich one planning artifact set without implementing it. The host owns intent, evidence checks, and planning edits; standard/deep use one persistent read-only opposite-CLI companion; Lev artifacts remain canonical.

## Entity Reconciliation

After authorized material progress, reconcile touched and causally affected
artifacts before routing, handoff, or final response. Track entity ref,
island/provider locator (a path for file storage), basis/evidence, and the
reason/action due. Update through the verified owning CLI/adapter; use a
write-authorized skill fallback only when that operation is unavailable.
Record updated, no_change(reason), or blocked(reason), preserving unresolved
refs. Reading or mentioning a path alone creates no update obligation.
Read-only work reports pending changes only. Reminders grant no write authority;
task status stays with the bound tracker. Update only artifacts whose content
or evidence changed; do not rewrite every referenced document.

Bare `/auto-enrich` means `--standard`. Resolve the mode by running
`python3 scripts/depth_policy.py --mode=<mode>` from this skill directory.
Never sleep; surface each completed turn immediately.

## Depth Modes

Admit `--simple` only for one bounded artifact or vertical outcome with intact
source fidelity, no material product decision, and no architecture, migration,
security, destructive, or cross-authority boundary. If any condition fails,
stop with `needs_standard` and explain the failed admission condition. Never
silently launch a companion after the user selected `--simple`, and never use
simplicity to skip workstream, fidelity, write-scope, or deterministic checks.

`--cycles`, `--max-cycles`, and `--max-interview-turns` may narrow
standard/deep budgets. They may not give simple mode a companion or exceed
deep's hard maximum. Reject contradictory depth flags.

      decision boundary, or acceptance condition.

## Review Contract

The companion is an adversarial architecture reviewer. Reconstruct compiled
intent, inspect only necessary evidence, derive the smallest coherent design,
and judge whether the first safe implementation slice can start. Enforce domain
language, clean boundaries, hexagonal ownership, lifecycle hygiene, repository
standards, and evidence-aware verification. Prefer deletion and references.

Score 0-4: intent fidelity, outcome demonstrability, scope and boundaries,
verticality, dependency quality, verification relevance, context sufficiency,
simplicity, and freshness risk. Emit overall 0-100 with rationale. The weak-link
gate requires every dimension >= 3 for approval. Passing deterministic checks
never add semantic-quality points.

Return exactly one first-line verdict:

- `APPROVED_PLAN`: semantically ready and current-artifact preconditions pass.
- `NEEDS_PLAN_REVISION`: a planning-local defect blocks the first safe slice.
- `NEEDS_IMPLEMENTATION_LANE`: planning is sufficient; the next uncertainty needs a spike, implementation, runtime proof, external owner, or human authority.

A blocker is valid only when it names a violated requirement or boundary, gives
a concrete failure mechanism, prevents safe first-slice handoff, and is repairable
inside the allowed planning artifacts. Otherwise classify it as implementation
handoff, later hardening, open decision, or style.

Use premortem, jobs-to-be-done, reverse brainstorming, and diverse expert lenses
privately. Output only unique risks, decisions, falsifiers, and evidence. Do not
persist personas or named-famous-person simulations. Do not request new tasks,
types, registries, gates, receipts, or metadata merely to satisfy review prose.

## Guardrails

- Planning artifacts only. No runtime code, tests, validators, schemas, migrations, CLIs, or child task packets.
- Companion is read-only every turn. Host makes all allowed patches and verifies all claims.
- Simple mode emits zero companion invocations. Standard/deep route every
  companion turn through `skill://coder` and reuse one explicit session.
- No model pins, `--last`, fixed `/tmp` filenames, swallowed stderr, permission bypass, or root `PLAN.md` conventions.
- No arbitrary sleeps. Process completion and commentary provide turn visibility.
- No conversational, chronological, migration-state, reviewer-sentiment, `canonical*`, or `current*` domain names.
- No three-option prompts in the companion loop. Ask one neutral question; give one evidence-backed stance.
- No task-count growth inside interview or review. Splits remain compact proposals until separately authorized.
- No enrichment without a source-fidelity baseline for durable work; a companion cannot reconstruct missing conversation intent.
- No broad design-to-propose shortcut; compile or deepen the plan first.
- No approval when a material source row is lost, even if semantic review scores improve.
