# Relay Scope Change

## 目标
在需求变化时，先修正上下文文件，再进入代码或命令执行，避免错误推进。

## 执行步骤
1. 更新 `task_plan.md`：
   - Goal
   - Current Phase
   - Active Phases 状态
2. 更新 `findings.md`：
   - 新需求
   - 新约束
   - 风险与待确认项
3. 更新 `progress.md` 的 `Latest Handoff Snapshot`：
   - Open TODO
   - Risks/Blockers
   - Next First Command
4. 给出新的“第一步最小可执行任务”。
