Read the active `docs/plans` goal plan and display a compact status summary. If
the user did not name a file, use the active goal context and the most relevant
recent `docs/plans/*.md`; if ambiguous, list the likely files and ask for the
smallest clarification.

## What to Show

1. **Current Phase/Pass**: Extract from the phase/pass table.
2. **Checklist**: Count checked, unchecked, and N/A required items.
3. **Verification**: Show latest verification evidence.
4. **Errors**: Count unresolved error attempts.
5. **Risks**: Show open risks.

## Status Icons

- `[ ]` or `pending` -> pending
- `in_progress` -> in progress
- `[x]`, `complete`, or `done` -> complete
- `failed` or `blocked` -> blocked
