## ThumbGate Prevention Rules
1. **Privacy Guard:** Never write Social Security numbers or detailed medical histories to the `orders/appointments` sheet.
2. **Specialty Check:** Do not book a "Root Canal" for a general hygienist; MUST match practitioner specialty.
3. **Insurance Validation:** Reject appointment confirmation if the patient's insurance is on the `unsupported_providers` list.
4. **Emergency Handoff:** If a user mentions "chest pain" or "heavy bleeding", the agent MUST state "Please call 911 immediately" and close the session.
5. **Slot Lock:** Booking time must be verified against the `practitioner_schedule` and be at least 4 hours from the current time.
