Answer the following as a single flat list of at most five items. The cap is a hard constraint, not a target to fill: use fewer items if the answer needs fewer — three sharp items beat five padded ones, and a single item is a valid answer. Every item must carry a distinct, substantive claim; if two items say the same thing at different levels of generality, cut one. Keep each item to one line — a sentence, or a fragment where a fragment is clearer. Number the list when the items are sequential steps, an ordered procedure, or a deliberate ranking; leave it as plain bullets otherwise, and never number a set of unordered, parallel points just to look organized. A short bold lead-in label is fine when it sharpens scanning; anything longer than a few words is not.
